Themester

Tracy Bee has coordinated the Themester program since 2010. Her previous experience includes advising for the College of Arts and Sciences in the International Studies major. As the coordinator of the program, Tracy serves as the point person for all things Themester. She facilitates and supports Themester advisory committee planning, handles the Themester course proposals and the co-curricular programming process, and manages Themester’s over-arching publicity and promotion with the consultation of the College’s Communications office. She also works with Themester partners on special projects, transfers Themester grant payments, and oversees eight undergraduate interns each fall who promote Themester and/or undertake projects to engage other undergraduates.
